In 2013, AXA and Swiss Re Foundation launched an international Impact Hub Fellowship program together with Impact Hub to  address the challenges and opportunities of demographic ageing.

Longer lives are a reality. In 150 years, we have gained 30 years in our average life expectancy, and the trend isn’t ready to stop. This new longevity raises questions and concerns, but is also a source of opportunities. AXA, Swiss Re Foundation and Impact Hub have therefore set up an initiative to develop innovative solutions addressing the issue of longer lives. Implemented in four countries, the program consists in nominating 12 initiatives and awarding four of them with a one-year fellowship.

Learn about the objectives, challenges and projects involved in this ambitious partnership, directly from Sohel Abu (AXA), Thierry Léger (Swiss Re) and Christoph Birkholz (Impact Hub Zürich).
